Can you guys help me?

Can you guys think of 2 or 3 great ways to surprise someone for a Birthday?
Can't think of a good way to surprise my GF for her birthday.
It's on Thursday(Phil time)

errr.. Wear a coat and nothing else, have a normally great day with her, then tell her it's time to blow the candle, remove your jacket and say "Happy Birthday, Cmon blow the candle"

But seriously i need some advice or tips.

How about taking her to a dinner then when we are about to eat her friends,me friends,her family, my family surprise her by singing while they deliver the birthday cake.
How's that?can that be good?How she react?Any girls out there please tell me your opinion.

yea. a dinner would be good. another good suggestion is to bring her to a lovely place. something that she will never forget that you brought her there.

so what happened??

It went very well!
But i had to change my plan.Turned into the regular surprise birthday party all night!
We surprised her in her house along with her friends and everyone!
Kinda chickened out in the surprise dinner date/surprise birthday.Because i was thinking what if it turned out bad.So there!She was happy, I was happy, everyone was happy and she just turned 18! hahahahaha!
